Choose a character you own to check the operating sequence, equipment conditions and investment tradeoffs. There are 16 playable-character guides here; Akane Rin went live on October 21 and her guide carries first-pass directions from dated sources.
A signature is not automatically the next purchase. Compare a free Arc you own at high merge with the actual signature merge, then ask whether the Arc changes a rotation or simply increases damage. Paid Battle Pass options are labeled in the guides.

Before investing in equipment
Start with the character you already use, then read that guide’s rotation and Arc conditions. A strong recommendation can depend on merge level, time on field, team bonuses or a paid Battle Pass. Use the Arc compatibility and conditions table to check an equipment choice, or the character facts lookup for rarity, element, Arc type and acquisition.
